30-day refunds for digital downloads. You can request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase from Everyday Next, including if you have already downloaded the file.
How to request a refund
- Send us a message or email dbritto1969@silverwolfdesigns.store within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the product name.
- You may describe the issue so we can improve or help with access, but you do not need to provide a reason to request a refund within the 30-day window.
We may ask for enough information to locate and verify the purchase. Do not send full payment card details.
Digital products do not need to be shipped back
Our guides, planners, and workbooks are digital files. There is no return package or return shipping charge. Once a purchase is refunded, stop using the refunded product and delete your copies rather than sharing or reselling them.
How refunds are returned
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. We will confirm by email when the refund is processed. Your payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears; contact us if you need the refund reference or cannot locate it.
Download problems, duplicate purchases, or incorrect files
If a link does not work, a file is damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us with your order details. We can help restore access or address the purchase. The 30-day refund option remains available even if you first ask for technical help.
After 30 days
Our standard voluntary refund window ends 30 calendar days after purchase. Please still contact us about unresolved delivery errors or other concerns so we can review them. Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
