These terms describe the use of the Everyday Next website and purchases of our digital guides, planners, and workbooks. Read the product description and these terms before placing an order. Everyday Next is based in the United States.
Digital products and orders
Products described as digital downloads are electronic files; no physical item is shipped. The product listing identifies what is included, the file format, and any specific requirements. Prices, available payment methods, and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. A download is made available after the order reaches the payment status needed for release. If your order or download is missing, contact us with your order number.
Personal-use license
Unless the product listing expressly grants broader rights, a purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to download and use the product for your own personal purposes. You may keep personal backup copies and print copies for your own use. You may fill in a workbook with your own information.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links, or offer the files as your own product. Buying a file does not transfer its copyright. For classroom, team, client, commercial, or other shared use, contact us for permission before distributing copies.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading the file. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how to request one. These terms do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate order information and protect your login details. Do not use the website to commit fraud, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful material, or interfere with website security or other visitors. Tell us if you believe your account or order has been misused.
